Commercial Properties
Winner’s Chapel International, Sheffield
Internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of an abandoned factory to convert for use as a place of worship. The site had asbestos which was removed before commencement of physical works. The work was carried out during early stages of Covid restriction in the construction industry. Strict compliance to Covid and health and safety policies was followed.
Residential Development
Residential development, Sheffield (Private)
Construction of four-bedroom terrace with adequate storage rooms. Search for HS2 cross rails, underground railways, oil and gas, energy infrastructure and flood which might affect construction works. Result shows Phase 1 and 2 of HS2 project have been identified within 5Km of the property. However, HS2 route are still under consultation and exact alignments may change in the future.
