The company adopts R &D for offering durable and sustainable solutions in the built infrastructure. The company promotes greener and resilient structures. One of her technologies is to use geopolymer concrete with zero cement content. These products have superior mechanical and durability properties than conventional Portland cement.
The Director has extensive knowledge in Low Impact Construction Materials which has modelled the company into research and promoting the utilization of building materials with low environment impact.
Currently, the construction industry contributes to more than 10% CO2 emission into the atmosphere. OJ construction industry is driven by innovation to significantly reduce these carbon footprints in the construction industry.Â

OLALEKAN OJEDOKUN PhD, MSc, BTech, MICE, COREN
Chief Executive Director
Appointed to the Board as Chief Executive Director with effect from 15 October 2019. Olalekan holds a PhD in Construction Materials from Sheffield Hallam University. He specializes on geopolymer concrete and other low impact construction materials. Olalekan has over 20 years field experience in the construction industry. He is also engaged in teaching and research in a reputable university in the UK. He has worked at various capacity in research collaborations with academia and business partners. He is a chartered engineer in the UK and Nigeria.
ISAIAH OMOLE MBA, DMS, ISEB
Independent Non-Executive Director
Isaiah is adept at applying contemporary strategic management knowledge fitting for businesses, to procure operational excellence, and enhance the resilience capabilities of businesses in the face of crises and/or disruptions. He is currently a PhD research student at the University of Plymouth, UK, exploring the resilience capabilities and vulnerability of UK restaurants, reflecting on the implications of Brexit and Covid-19. His wealth of knowledge has provided OJ Construction Company an informed direction for the sustainability of the company, particularly through the mid and post Covid-19 periods. He is an independent financial adviser. He was appointed to the Board of OJ Construction Limited on February 08, 2022
AYO ABIDOYE BSc, MBA
Independent Non-Executive Director
Ayo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School. Ayo has over 20 years work experience spanning different sectors and currently works as a commercial claims and dispute resolution consultant representing and advising clients globally. In his spare time, Ayo enjoys sports, reading and travelling. He was appointed to the Board of OJ Construction Limited on February 08, 2022
